1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the CodeBridge Academy website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment in CodeBridge courses is subject to availability and completion of any prerequisite requirements. All fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars and are due at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan has been arranged. Payment plans are subject to credit approval. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Tuition fees include access to course materials, instructor support, and career services for the duration specified in your enrollment agreement.

3. Refund Policy

Students may request a full refund within 14 days of enrollment, provided that less than 10% of the course materials have been accessed. After the 14-day period, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of the course completed. Income Share Agreements (ISAs) have separate cancellation terms outlined in the ISA contract. Administrative fees of up to $150 CAD may apply to processed refunds.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, videos, code examples, and documentation provided by CodeBridge Academy are protected by Canadian copyright and intellectual property laws. Students are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use course materials for educational purposes only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of our content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior in all interactions, including online forums, live sessions, and campus facilities. Plagiarism, harassment, discrimination, or any form of academic dishonesty will result in disciplinary action, up to and including expulsion without refund. CodeBridge Academy reserves the right to remove any student who violates these standards.

6. Job Guarantee Disclaimer

Our job placement guarantee is subject to specific conditions outlined in your enrollment agreement, including but not limited to: completion of all coursework, attendance requirements, active participation in career services, and application to a minimum number of qualifying positions. CodeBridge Academy does not guarantee specific employment outcomes, salaries, or positions. Placement statistics are based on historical data and individual results may vary.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeBridge Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course or service in question. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
